Can we swim in Ontario during a rental?

Yes you can! You can swim during the daylight anytime before sunset.

Is a captain / skipper included for large group boat & yacht rentals?

Yes, our larger boat and all luxury yacht rentals in Ontario come with a captain / skipper. Our yacht also come with crew members to serve you and your guests onboard.

Are children allowed on the trip?

Yes, all children are welcome but those under 18 must be accompanies by an adult.

When do I pay and what methods are accepted?

After you send a booking request, the vendor will respond with a customized offer and you can then pay and confirm. You will be notified by email and SMS text in order to pay and confirm your slot within 48 hours. Online payment methods accepted are Visa or Mastercard using Stripe secure payments gateway. As well as optional PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer.

Can we order food catering or drinks for boat rentals in Ontario?

We have a range of menu’s available that can be customized to all tastes and dietary requirements. Alternatively, you can opt to bring your own snacks and drinks.

What is included in yacht rentals in Ontario?

Our boats in Ontario always include: Fuel, taxes, captain, crew, soft drinks and ice are all included in the price stated.

Can I wear shoes onboard?

To ensure that our yachts in Ontario are kept in the best of conditions and for the safety of our guests, shoes are not allowed on board. However, certain types of sandals or boat slippers may be allowed upon the crew’s discretion.
